See below for the various ways you can pay your annual assessments.
It is the property owner's responsibility to ensure the payment is sent to the correct recipient and includes sufficient identifying information. Payments that cannot be identified may be delayed in posting or returned.
If your account is on a payment plan, delinquent or in collections, please contact the FLPOA before submitting payment to verify the amount due.

Make checks or money orders payable to FLPOA and mail to the address below.
To ensure correct posting of your payment, include your customer number or property address. Payments that cannot be identified may be delayed in posting or returned.

You must include the customer number (from invoice), in the memo/reason field. Failure to include this identifying information may cause your payment to be returned.
Payments submitted through Zelle must be sent from your own bank account. It is the property owner's responsibility to ensure the payment is sent to the correct recipient and includes sufficient identifying information.

If you want to make a partial payment, your account is on a payment plan, delinquent or in collections, please contact the FLPOA before submitting payment to verify the amount.
The FLPOLA does not charge a fee to accept Zelle® payments; however, your financial institution's terms and conditions may apply.
