Frontier Lakes is a Deed Restricted Community located just outside of the Willis city limits to the east in Montgomery County, Texas.

 

This is our Property Owners Association website to access bylaws, deed restrictions, recorded plats, and other documents, pay dues, and stay up-to-date with happenings.

 

Our community features three small lakes for catch and release fishing or leisure. No gas-powered motors are allowed on the lakes - trolling motors only. 

 

Our Sam Houston Park boasts a playground. All five parks are open daily from dawn to dusk.

 

Our POA office is located at 3425 Sam Houston (hours vary).​​​​​​​
