Frontier Lakes is a Deed Restricted Community located just outside of the Willis city limits to the east in Montgomery County, Texas. This is our Property Owners Association website to access bylaws, deed restrictions, recorded plats, and other various documents, pay dues, and stay up-to-date with happenings. We boast of three small lakes for fishing or leisure.  No gas-powered motors in the lakes - trolling motors only. Parks are open from dawn to dusk only. We hope to have a playground and office constructed soon.
